Today I am on  the Colorado River, little cold but ready to go.
     I have hit another five miles, it was a little cold but that helped
      me to keep on going. WELL another day in paradise, I will
      keep you all posted on the progress of this mission  .

full steam ahead

   Today is the start of my first year doing the 1000 mile promise .
I will be rolling 1000 miles over the next 12 months .
This is a test i will put myself to and will need support & lots of encouragement!
       Today I have pushed the first five miles  out  in Altadena ,felt good  
 & had a bit of help from my dog Tena.
